I am David Woodruff, the founder of Holdfast Coaching, LLC. A veteran fundraiser and advancement leader with 40+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am dedicated to giving back to my profession through personalized leadership and performance coaching.
My Mission
I help professionals become better leaders of their organization and teams. I start with the mindset that a client is creative, resourceful, and whole. I empower the client to surmount any short-term challenges and realize long-term dreams!
My Approach
I provide individualized coaching for nonprofit and advancement professionals who want to sharpen strategy, build awareness of choices, and sustain impact. Having done many of the jobs held by my clients, I meet them where they are, help surface underlying assumptions, and support practical next steps so they can hold fast to their values, vision, and voice.
